Okay everyone, you voted for it so here it is.
Chapter 1: The One Who Succeeds Ash
Everyone knows the story of Ash Ketchum, a young trainer from Pallet Town who eventually became a legend in the pokemon world, the boy who captured a Lugia, the boy who became the new Champion of the Elite 4. Years after he was declared one of the strongest trainers in the world, he decided to settle down a little bit back in Pallet Town with his new wife Misty. Two years later Misty gave birth to their son Anthony. However, after Anthony turned four, Ash got tired of being the celebrity he was, and decided to return to the life he knew as a trainer. Keeping a low profile, he decided to continue with his goal of a being a Pokemon Master, leaving Misty to take care of their son. Although Ash still returned home to see his wife and son, Anthony hadn't seen his father's face for six years. So, when he turned ten, he decided to go on a journey just like his father, hoping to see him again. He decided to start of with a Pikachu that he had raised since it was a Pichu. And this, is where our story begins...
"Anthony wake up now!" Misty shouted.
Misty was shaking Anthony who was sleeping in his bed.
"Okay Pikachu, would you mind helping?" Misty sighed.
Pikachu nodded a gave a Thundershock attack to Anthony. Anthony jumped out of bed. He began shaing his Pikachu.
"You little traitor!" he shouted as he chased him.
"Knock it off! Now get dressed and come downstairs for breakfast. You don't want to be late to meet with Professor Oak." Misty ordered.
"But mom, I already have my pokemon. Can't I please just sleep in a little longer?" Anthony complained.
"Get dressed now!" Misty ordered.
Anthony did as he was told and Pikachu followed her. Anthony eventually came downstairs.
"I'm tired..." he sighed.
"Honestly, you're just like you father. You stay up all night the day before your journey and oversleep the next morning." Misty said.
"You still didn't have to shock me." Anthony stated, turning towards Pikachu.
"How else were we supposed to get you up? Would you have preferred her to blast you with a water attack like last time?" Pikachu giggled.
"Quit arguing and eat!" Misty scowled.
Anthony decided not to test his mother anymore and ate his breakfast. He then headed over to Professor Oak's to get his pokedex and his first pokeballs. There he met up with Tracey, who was now Oak's permanent assistant. Shortly after he left, Zack paid Misty a visit.
"So, you seen Ash around lately?" Misty wondered.
"Yeah, I know where he is. He said he'd come by here for a little while in the next day or so." Zack answered.
"Figures, he doesn't even come to see his own son off." Misty sighed.
"You know how tough he's got it. So, where's little Anthony?" Zack said.
"He just left." Misty replied.
"Well, shouldn't we go wish him good luck before he leaves town?" Zack questioned.
"Of course, I just needed to finish a few chores around the house first." Misty responded.
Misty and Zack soon left and arrived at Prof. Oak's. They arrived just as Anthony was saying goodbye to Oak and Tracey. Zack patted his nephew on the head, and Misty gave her son some money. Zack's Pikachu appeared behind him and telepathically told Anthony good luck as well. Soon other villagers came by and wished Anthony luck. They all hoped that he would become as successful as Ash. Anthony thanked everyone and soon departed, waving goodbye to everyone.
"Well Pikachu, it's time we left to follow in my dad's footsteps!" he said to his Pikachu.
Pikachu smiled and the two were on their way to Viridian City.
Chapter 2: Anthony Catches His First Pokemon
Anothony reached the outskirts of Pallet Town and took off his backpack.
"Oh, with all of the confusion and rush this morning, I forgot all about this." Anthony said searching through it.
Anthony pulled out a hat similar to the one Ash wore when he first went on a Pokemon journey. He put it on his head, zipped up his backpack, and put it back over his shoulder.
"So, do you think it makes me look like him?" Anthon asked Pikachu.
"You bet!" Pikachu said with a grin on his face.
Both continued walking along the road, leaving Pallet. They observed the scenery closely. Not too long later, they came across a Rattatta. Anthony marked the pokemon in his pokedex.
"This is our chance Pikachu, let's get it." Anthony annonced.
Pikachu used Thundershock, but Rattatta used Agility and dodged it. Rattatta used Hyper Fang, and hit Pikachu hard. Pikachu's Static ability paralyzed Rattatta, and Pikachu tackled it. Anthony threw a pokeball at it, and caught it.
"It must have a pretty high level to use Hyper Fang." Anthony said to Pikachu.
Pikachu was panting heavily, and Anthony decided to let Pikachu take it easy and not battle until they got to Viridian City. They continued walking for a few hours, and Anthony saw the spot where his mom said she first met his father.
"I know I'll see you again someday dad." Anthony thought to himself.
They continued along the path until they reached Viridian City. It was already getting dark when they entered.
To be continued...
