Dreamfiend is talking about the eplaination I gave as to why Pike can't change back if he's captured. I admit, I had a hard time trying to explain it and I could've done a lot better so it would make much more sense.

Chapter 12: Rescue Pike!
The trainer looked at the injured Jake and sighed.
"Curse that Pikachu, it destroyed all of my other empty pokeballs! The fact that it knew to target them makes me realize that it wasn't an ordinary Pikachu. And that number on its forehead...I've got quite the rare pokemon. I'd better take it to a Pokemon Center so I can see how powerful it is." the trainer said.
The trainer turned his head and prepared to leave. He was just about to call his Charizard back, until a stray electric bolt nearly scaved him. He turned around and saw Jake standing, ready to battle again.
"The Pikachu still wants to play, eh? It seems a little upset that I took its friend away." the boy laughed.
The trainer ordered his Charizard to attack Jake. Jake released the strongest electric attack possible and defeated the pokemon. An attack like that would normally cause a pokemon to faint afterwards, but Jake was still standing. The trainer called his pokemon back and reached for another ball. Before he could grab it, Jake latched onto his arm, sinking his teeth tightly into it.
"Let...go..." the trainer exclaimed, shaking his arm violently. "Pike..." Jake thought.
Jake continued to hold on tightly.
"You hated pokemon, and wanted nothing more than to be a human again. Yet, despite all of your suffering, you gave up your one chance at being a human to save me." Jake continued.
The trainer began grabbing Jake's tail and tried to yank him off.
"You only needed one more..." Jake sighed.
Jake began powering up for one final shock.
"You only needed one more!" he cried, grabbing a pokeball off of the trainer's belt.
Jake gave a powerful shock, causing the trainer to fall from the pain. The trainer looked in fear and ran.
Chapter 13: Effects of the Curse
Jake had fallen to the ground, but he was still awake. He slowly crawled over to the pokeball that the trainer left behind, and tapped it.
"Please..." he prayed.
A light emerged from the pokeball, until a Piakchu came out of it. Jake couldn't tell if it was Pike or not, as the number on the forehead had disappeared. However, he became certain of it when Pike uttered a word.
"Jake?" Pike wondered. "Pike, you're okay." Jake said, relieved. "Where's my new master?" Pike asked. "He's gone, I freed you. You should've minded your own business, you can't become a human anymore." Jake stated, tears in his eyes. "What are you talking about?" Pike wondered before passing out.
Jake was shocked by Pike's statement, and watched as Pike was out cold. Knowing he was cloe to their home, he threw Pike over his shoulders, and slowly headed towards the forest. Jake constantly fell over, but he refused to give up. It took a full day without stopping, but Jake finally reached the forest. He was amazed to look up and find a few pokemon running towards him.
"Jake, you're back!" they cheered. "Yeah..." Jake sighed. "What happened to you? And who's this?" one pokemon asked. "I'll explain later. This here is Pike, the same boy who was cursed before." Jake answered. "He's the boy? Maybe we should just leave him then." one pokemon sneered. "Shut up! Don't you dare talk about him like that! He saved me, giving up his one chance to become a human again. To make things more disappointing, he only needed one more friend." Jake said.
Jake suddenly collapsed and the pokemon gathered around him. They picked up both and carried them into the forest to rest. Jake's brothers and sisters were glad to see him, but they were a little upset at his condition. All of them were in disbelief after hearing about how Pike had somehow saved Jake. A bright light emerged and mew appeared from it. Mew healed both Pike and Jake. Jake managed to wake, but Pike didn't.
"What happened to him? He didn't remember his own goal." Jake wondered, "When Pike was captured, he instantly formed a bond with his trainer, and forgot that he was ever human. He remembered the events before he was captured as Pikachu, but not when he was a human." Mew explained. "There must be something we can...!" Jake tried to say.
Mew nodded no.
"He made the choice on his own, even knowing that curse would prevent him from becoming a human again. He's suffered more than enough, and he's redeemed himself. Still, I can't change him back." Mew informed.
Jake was heartbroken by these words.
"I may still be able to help him, but only if Pike can remember his human self on his own. After all, the curse would be lifted if he hadn't been caught, as I consider him my friend." Mew thought.
To be concluded...

Chapter 14: Rose's Gift
Pike remained at Jake's place, while Jake wandered around the forest.
"It can't be over, not after all of that hard work. I promised him I'd help him become a human again, and I'll keep that promise." he thought.
Jake left the forest came to the field before Pike's village. He hoped that he might find something to help Pike at least remember his goal. After asking some pokemon in the town, he managed to find Pike's house. He hopped in through a window, and discovered that it looked like the place had been really well taken care of.
"How can this be? Pike's been away for two years." Jake wondered.
Jake noticed the present for Pike left by Rose. He noticed the note attached to it and grabbed the string of the present in his teeth. Jake ran out of the house carrying the present. Rose was walking by and noticed Jake running through, carrying a present. Recognizing it, she quickly ran to Pike's house and discovered the gift was missing. Realizing Jake's direction, she headed off towards the forest. Jake managed to reach his home in the forest, where he discovered Pike had finally woken up. He was releaved.
"What happened?" Pike wondered.
Jake came over and dropped the present next to Pike.
"What's this?" Pike asked.
Pike looked at the note attached. He was curious as to who this Rose person was. He opened the present and found a small pendant with a picture inside. The picture was of Pike when he was younger, smiling with his parents. Pike felt a little strange after looking at it. Jake grabbed it with his teeth and put it around Pike's neck. Jake suddenly received word that a human was in the forest, looking for something that a Pikachu stole. Jake grabbed Pike and pulled him to where the human was. Surely enough, it was Rose, looking frantically for the present.
"That girl...she looks so familiar." Pke thought.
Chapter 15: The Lifted Curse
"That must be Rose." Jake realized. "Rose?" Pike questioned.
Jake pushed Pike out into the open, and in front of Rose. Rose mistook the Pikachu for Jake, and grabbed him. Pike thought about shocking her, but couldn't bring himself to do it. She started cursing because the Pikachu had taken the present she got for Pike. The pendant swung open and Rose caught a glimpse of Pike's younger self, and the look in his eyes. She noticed the look in Pike's eyes, and stared at him. She messed with Pike's hair, to make him look more like the picture.
"Pike?" she wondered. "Rose!" Pike remembered, upon hearing her say his name. "Is that you Pike?" Rose asked again, tears starting to form in her eyes.
Pike was surprised to find the Rose he remembered crying for him. Pike nodded his head. Rose hugged him, wondering what had happened. Pike remembered what happened to him, and why he was cursed. He wanted to talk to Rose, but couldn't say anything other than "Pikachu". Mew had been watching everything.
"So you remember everything, huh? Looks like somebody cared about you after all. With help, I may be able to lift your curse." Mew said.
A tear slid off Rose's cheek and landed on Pike's head. A glowing light emerged and Rose suddenly let go of Pike. Pike began to take the form of the boy he was two years.
"Pike, is that you?" she gasped. "I think so." Pike answered. "Um..." Rose stuttered. "What?" Pike wondered. "You're naked." Rose pointed out. "What?!" Pike exclaimed.
Pike went behind a tree a hid, embarassed. Rose told him to wait and returned a little later with the clothes she found in the forest two years ago. She threw them to Pike, who put them on quickly.
"I'm glad you're okay." Rose smiled. "I'm only okay...because of...my friend." Pike replied.
Pike turned his head and noticed Jake. Jake ran out and hopped on Pike's shoulder. Rose was amazed by the scene, and once again asked what happened.
"I don't hate pokemon anymore." Pike stated.
Rose smiled and cried at the same time. She hugged him and said she was so worried. Pike smiled, and said that he can't believe somebody cared for him. Pike looked to the sky and saw Mew looking down upon them. Pike waved his hand.
"Thank you." Pike thanked.
The end!
